  • - FRONT RAKE SCREEN

    These screens could be manufactured in variety of bar sizes as in coarse or fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants. They are mounted in the channel with an angle of 70-75 degrees. The product is chain driven and the multiple rakes operate continuously along the bars to remove the scum and solid waste that deposit on the screen. The solid waste is separated from the water when the chains reach to the top reverses its position along the axis to dump the solid waste into a container. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.

  • - CABLE OPERATED SCREEN

    Like the front rake screen the wire rope screen could also be manufactured in variety of bar sizes as in coarse or fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants. They are usually preferred when the channel depth is high and mounted in the channel with an angle of 90 degrees. As the name indicates the screens are rope driven and the rakes operated by the rope segregate the solid waste from the wastewater by collecting and lifting them to the top where the waste is again dumped to a container. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.

  • - BELT SCREEN

    The belt screen could be manufactured in a fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants. They are mounted in the channel with an angle of 35-60 degrees. Belt screens are chain driven and the continuously rotating metal belt segregates the solid waste from the wastewater. Either with a brush or spray mechanism the solid wastes are collected and dumped into a container. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.

  • - ARC SCREEN

    These screens could be manufactured in variety of bar sizes as in coarse or fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants. Their simple design allows them to be used in shallow channels. They are self propelled and the multiple rakes operate continuously along the arc shaped bars to remove the scum and solid waste that deposit on the screen. The solid waste is separated from the water when the chains reach to the top reverses its position along the axis to dump the solid waste into a container. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.

  • - MECHANICAL DRUM SCREEN

    The drum screen could be manufactured in a fine range and can be used in industrial treatment plants as well as inlet structures and municipal wastewater treatment plants. They are mounted in the channel with an angle of 35-60 degrees for lower flowrates whereas, for higher flowrates they are mounted parellel to the channel. Screw screens are either with a brush or spray mechanism the solid wastes are collected and dumped into a container.   • - BASKET SCREEN

    Basket screens are generally used in small capacity treatment plants and preferred mainly for economical reasons. The screen is mounted on the basin wall just after the inlet or outlet of the basin and waste are collected in basket by as wastewater passes through. According to the capacity of the plan tor overall flowrate, these can be cleaned manually or automatically by removing from the system with a Crane or rope. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel.

These have a specific diffrence from the mentioned bar screens as they are not mounted in a channel but located on the ground. According to the particle or solid waste type, where the water could pass radially or axially upon the request of the customer.   • - STATIC SCREEN

    Static screens have generally fine bar size and used in industrial applications as well as domestic plants. These are not mounted in a channel but located on the ground. They are mainly used in removal of settleable solids and the angled surface help deposit the waste with gravity or rake type devices are used remove the solid waste collected on the screen. These screens can be manufactured from Aluminum, Epoxy coated or galvanized steel or stainless steel and also from triangle or circle sectioned special sheet metal.

  • - SCREEN PRESS

    Screen press is mainly used for dewatering and volume reduction of waste collected upon fine screens. The helezonic structure of the press carries the waste to the outlet as the mass and friction of the waste to apply pressure so that the excess water could be drained and reduce the overall volume leaving the waste dewatered. The drained water passes through the screen in the press and discharged from thereon. The solid waste could also be washed for odour control purposes. These presses could be manufactured from stainless steel.
