• - FILTER PRESS

Filter press is used to dewater the thickened sludge in between plates filtering the water. Usually, be used in small scale treatment plants. Filter presses are the most effective dewatering units used in treatment plant but batch operation is the main disadvantages of them

• - BELT PRESS

Belt press is used to dewater the thickened sludge in between two belts filtering the water. Continuous operation is a great advantage. These units can be galvanized steel and stainless steel.

• - THICKENER

Sludge thickeners are used for volume reduction of the sludge by removing excess water from the system to reduce the load on the dewatering equipments. Sludge in circular basins are collected with a bar with palettes and then are sucked through the center to the dewatering equipment. These equipments could be manufactured from epoxy coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
Belt thickeners are used for volume reduction of the sludge by removing excess water from the system to reduce the load on the dewatering equipments. In belt thickener the sludge volume is reduced by moving sludge along the conveyor belt. These equipments could be manufactured from epoxy coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.

• - POLYMER MAKE-UP UNIT

Polyelectrolyte and/or powdered type chemicals are prepared and mixed with water to be dosed to the system. These units are operated automatically, hence guarantees the continuous dosage. These equipments could be manufactured from epoxy coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
